Because each pair of our ears is lovingly made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, our priority is your happiness, so if there is any issue with your order upon arrival, such as a defect in craftsmanship or receiving the wrong item, please reach out to us.  We are committed to making things right and will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a repair or replacement, to ensure you are delighted with your handmade ears.
